How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are shown during checkout before you place your order. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $49 or more where applicable; some products, destinations, or delivery services may be excluded.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $49 or more qualify for free standard shipping where applicable. Oversized, heavy, supplier-restricted, expedited, or certain destination shipments may have additional charges that will be shown at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Processing can take longer for certain products, supplier-direct shipments, backorders, special orders, weekends, or holidays. We will share tracking when it becomes available.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the product, destination, shipping method, and fulfillment location. Any estimate shown at checkout or in tracking is an estimate and can change after the carrier receives the package.
Will all items in my order arrive together?
Not always. Items may ship from different warehouses or directly from suppliers, so you may receive more than one package and tracking number. You are charged only according to the final order and shipping terms shown at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address before processing begins, but changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped. Carrier restrictions may also apply.
