Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?
When you subscribe, your order automatically renews at the delivery frequency you choose: every 30, 60, or 90 days. Your saved payment method will be charged for each scheduled delivery until you cancel.
Will I be notified before my next delivery?
Yes. We'll email you 3 days before each scheduled delivery with your upcoming items, delivery date, and amount. You can make changes or cancel before the scheduled delivery is processed.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription anytime in My Account. You can change quantities or delivery frequency, skip or reschedule a delivery, pause your subscription, or cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime in My Account with no cancellation fee. Cancellation applies to future deliveries that have not already been processed. Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not affected.
How much will I save?
Save 20% on your first subscription order and 5% on every delivery after. Plus, get free shipping when your subscription items total $49 or more after the subscription discount.
Are there any subscription fees or commitments?
No. There are no subscription fees, minimum number of deliveries, or cancellation fees.
What happens if my payment fails?
If we're unable to charge your saved payment method, your delivery will not ship. Depending on the reason for the failed payment, we may retry the payment, place your subscription on hold, or cancel it. You can update your payment method in My Account...
Where can I find the full Subscription Terms?
You can review the complete Subscription Terms for additional information about automatic renewals, payments, deliveries, cancellations, and managing your subscription.
Do subscriptions get free shipping?
Yes. Subscription items ship free when your subscription-item subtotal is $49 or more after the subscription discount. If your subscription items total less than $49 after the subscription discount, standard shipping rates apply.
